Orders:
What is the minimum order?
- For screen printing the minimum order is 48 garments
- For Embroidery the minimum order is 48 garments
- For Promo items he minimum order is usually 100 pieces.
What if I only need 1?
- Due to the amount of set up involved in decorating a garment, creating 1 piece is usually very very expensive. If you are okay with that, please request a quote and we will get back to you quickly.
- We have the ability to print low volumes of white only T-shirts or sweatshirts. Pricing starts at $30 for a T shirt and $50 for a sweatshirt. If you are okay with that, please request a quote.
What is the turn around time?
Varries by order.Check in with a sales person for an accurate estimate.We won’t sugar coat it.
Are you able to rush my order?
Yes! Often times other shops will let you down. We are here to help when that happens. For a fee we are able to rush your job to the top of the list. The price depends on the order. Usually around $250.
Can I feel the shirt before I order?
Absolutely! You wouldn’t buy a car without test driving it would you? Let us know what garment you would like a sample of and we will bring one in for you.
Can you manage my inventory and ship to my customers?
No.

What payment types do you accept?
We prefer Cash or Check (who doesn’t) We also accept Paypal, Venmo, Cash App, and all major credit cards including American Express.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at the time of order approval.If you are a school, or corporation, we understand the process and will make an exception.

Can I return my gear?
We want you to be happy.If there are any problems with your gear, please contact your sales person and we will work with you.
